I'm trying to program my universal tv remote to control our dvd player as well, but we don't have the manual. The dvd player is a phillips dvp3960. The remote is the manufacturer's remote, toshiba ct90251. Thanks for the help.

hi, i just posted the the codes for this remote under the manuals section here. this should get you all fixed up.
