I have a remote that came with my 42' Philips plasma FlaTV. It has a component switch (VCR, DVD, TV, SAT, and AMP) to control components of different brands. But the TV's user manual does not include brand codes or instructions on how to program the remote. I've done many searches online, but have not found any instructions on how to program the remote. Your help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Hi, i took a look at the manual for your TV and after looking at it I believe that this remote just isn't programmable to other units. i believe it may be made only for Philips/Magnavox units only. I'm about 95 percent sure.. if you happen to figure out other wise please let me know.
