can you help me with this individual problem.

i cannot get this remote to work .. it rattles inside. what can i do?

the remote probably needs repairing. the RF sensor inside came loose and disconnected from the circuit board. you can get it repaired at the remote doctor or open it up and solder the connections back together. NOTE: make sure you use some hot glue to clue the RF modulator back down on the circuit board so it wont come loose again.
